Frafald fra uddannelser

Alt for mange unge, ca. hver tredje ifølge Dansk Statistik, falder fra deres ungdomsuddannelse, og det har jeg også oplevet som uddannelses vejleder.

Når unge mennesker i dag falder fra et uddannelsesforløb, har det stor betydning både for det unge menneske samt for uddannelsesinstitutionen, der har brugt ressourcer, men ikke får denne investering godtgjort. Et frafald kommer derfor til at virke udgiftstungt for uddannelsesstedet.

Med en coaching tilgang på et tidligt tidspunkt, er jeg sikker på, at vi kan få de studerende i tale og dermed skabe en relation, der udvikler og fastholder de unge studerende, så de tør tro på egne evner til at kunne realisere deres drømme og mål. Med mit projekt, vil i få færre frafald og dermed sikre en bedre økonomi for skolen.
